“You are a treasure, not a protocol. There is another way.“
Dwana M. Bush, M.D.

Patient & family centered care through healthcare advocacy
Established 2007
For individual and their loved ones, dealing with life limiting illness
Our clients may be approaching their last years or months of life. They choose to spend more of their time and energy in meaningful activities in the comfort of their home. Spend less time and energy navigating out-patient visits, emergency rooms, hospitals, rehab facilities or nursing homes.
Purpose
Living the life you have fully, and finishing that life well.
We are a team of physicians whose purpose is to bridge the gap when you need us the most. Navigating a complicated and chronic health condition is like entering a pinball machine of providers, services, and medications.

We facilitate a dialogue between your family, caregivers, physicians, and those who help to support you. We strategize and collaborate together with you. The purpose, to optimize your quality of life and autonomy, so you can finish this life well.

Your physician advocate's goals for you:
Protect comfort, peace of mind, and physical & financial well-being
Support your ability to live fully and finish well by your own standards
Reduce use of tests or consults or interventions that may take away more than they give as families navigate this precious time of life
